To honour and remember those who lost their lives in Service of their country QED projected poppies onto the windmill for Armistice Day.

Giving its name to the village the windmill at Windmill Hill is the largest post mill in the country. It was built around 1814 and used for nearly a century, however by the start of WW1 the mill had ceased working and had gradually slipped into a state of disrepair, and was subsequently restored by the Windmill Hill Windmill Trust between 2003 and 2006.
